Meet the Visionary Behind KiQ

Founder & Chief Strategist / Vision Executor Officer (CS/VEO)

BriYin R. Jones is a bold, passionate innovator committed to revolutionizing the way the LGBTQ+ community is seen, heard, and served in media and technology. As the founder of KiQC~GEF, BriYin brings a deeply personal and professional understanding of the power and potential within LGBTQ+ consumer markets—an audience worth over $1 trillion globally.

A native of the South Side of Chicago, BriYin’s journey is rooted in authenticity and resilience. From an early age, he grappled with his identity within the confines of religious and cultural expectations. Over time, he embraced his truth, ultimately recognizing that being gay is not something to be overcome—but celebrated. This awakening became a foundational inspiration behind KiQ, an AI-powered lifestyle app designed to affirm, uplift, and connect LGBTQ+ individuals through personalized entertainment, wellness, and community support.

BriYin’s first demo – introduction to the music industry

BriYin studied Film and Marketing Production at Columbia College Chicago, where he wrote, co-produced, and co-directed numerous student films and stage plays—many of which helped launch the careers of emerging creatives. His passion for storytelling continued as he relocated to Atlanta, where he earned his MBA with a focus in Finance and Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management, graduating with honors.

With over 20 years of experience in Corporate America and government agencies, BriYin has led leadership training programs for executives, co-authored a successful $25 million federal proposal, and worked in tech systems for a major Atlanta hospital. These experiences—spanning business strategy, creative arts, and enterprise systems—converge in his vision for KiQC~GEF: to merge entertainment, AI, and social good for one of the most dynamic and loyal consumer groups in the world.

BriYin believes that there’s more to being LGBTQ+ than representation—it’s about connection, culture, and empowerment. Through KiQ, he aims to create not just a product, but a movement.
